The Mergers & Acquisitions course teaches students how mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings work from both a strategic and financial perspective. Through hands-on modelling, they learn purchase accounting, accretion/dilution analysis, synergy evaluation, and post-merger consolidation. By the end, students can analyse and structure real transactions and present deal rationale with confidence.
