The Leveraged Buyouts course trains students to analyse, structure, and model leveraged buyouts the way real PE firms do. They learn how to build full LBO models—including sources and uses, debt schedules, returns analysis, and sensitivities—and understand how value is created through leverage, operational improvements, and exit strategy. By the end, students can evaluate deals, estimate IRRs, and think like investment committee members.
